I had a hard time locating Olidan for the 1.5 sk prequest. I finally found it on evilgamer.net but it never showed in a Google search so I’m going to post it here in hopes that I show up in a search for other people.

Captain Varns in Dulaks Harbour @-1000 +2300 back of luggy caves
Mistress of Malevolence in the Plane of Hate @-398.38 +556.79
Overlord R`Gahbsa Rough loc -700 + 400 alternative to Mistress of Malevolence (???)
Olidan in the Plane of Storms@ -2000+200 in building at Ocean giants map (North of the small red square near the bottom)

1.5 sk quest mobs:
Sienn Kastane in the Plane of Knowledge @ -887, 232
Grand Librarian Maelin in the Plane of Knowledge
Murkglider Breeder in the Ruined City of Dranik @ -770, +890
Amygdalan Knight/Warrior in the Plane of Fear. In the temple surrounded by fire to the North and they wander the zone. 12 hour repop for PoF.
A Gloom Nightmare in the Plane of Nightmares 1626 x -648 (near here)
A Rolling Plains Steed in the Plane Of Growth. 2 mobs just North of zone in. All over the zone.
Fraga in the Plane of Valor in tent near Grave Yard -1092 x -652
The Wailing Sister in the Plane of Nightmares @+1100.78-491.46
