Looks like the Hot Zone drop for Lake of Ill Omen zone is a Petrified Bloodgill Eye. It’s a 5 hp/mana aug with a required level of 20. No Trade and Lore. Picture to follow as soon as I load photoshop on this machine. So far it does not look like there are other drops for this zone.
