So it looks like some of the EQ servers will be merged together yet again. It’s sad really. EQ has been going through the great downward spiral with regard to player base for a while now. I think this is the third merger that they have had so far.
The server mergers will be happening between June 22, 2010 and July 6, 2010.
What is interesting is that it seems like they are creating a new server too. You can check http://eqplayers.station.sony.com/ for any updates on this new server. Apparently the community will be able to vote on what type of server it will be.
