Faster Leveling: Castle Age Monsters

The new attack buttons on Cronus should help give you a boost into the next level if used right. I wrote something similar to this about using quests at the end of a level to gain an experience boost.

With the addition of the 200 stamina attack button, you can similarly take a chunk out of the next levels experience points by timing an attack on Cronus.

First, use either your energy or stamina to bring yourself as close as possible to your next level. Remember to save 200 stamina though. If you will reach your next level at 10,000 xp, try and get your current xp to 9,999. I’ve found the easiest way to get to an exact experience amount is to use quests.

Once you are right below the experience threshold, use a 200 stamina attack on Cronus. As of now, this is the largest chunk of experience that I know of that you can get in one move. This should net you about 200 to 600 experience into the next level.

Generally I use this technique when I’ve been away from Castle Age for a day or so and I’m pretty close to a new level. If you have to wait for stamina to build to use this trick, it becomes less beneficial.

Does this button exist only for cronus? why?

Cronus is the only monster I’ve seen the 200 stamina button on. I have not fought some of the newer ones though. I’m not sure why Cronus would be the only one. They may just be testing before they release it on all the monsters.
