The Wakening Lands Hot Zone Drop is a Petrified Holgresh Eye. It’s required 45, 25 mana/end and 5 to all stats. Mine dropped for me off the giants by one of the zonelines. I didnt see any other special drops and was there for a few levels.

Looks like the Hot Zone drop for Lake of Ill Omen zone is a Petrified Bloodgill Eye. It’s a 5 hp/mana aug with a required level of 20.  No Trade and Lore. Picture to follow as soon as I load photoshop on this machine. So far it does not look like there are other drops [...]
